Ambulance Subscription Program

The Palestine Regional Medical Center Ambulance Subscription Program will give you and your family peace of mind in an emergency. 

Membership in this program will prepay any portion of the ambulance transport charges not covered by insurance or Medicare and eliminate any out-of-pocket expense. The ambulance transport must be medically necessary to qualify for use of the membership.

Coverage includes members, spouses, and financially dependent children living at the same address up to 21 years of age.

The following destinations are excluded under this program: physician offices, dentist offices, physical therapy centers and pharmacies.

The average cost of ambulance transport is almost $1400. Medicare and most other insurance providers do not cover the full cost.

The annual price of membership is $60. Enrollment each year is October 1 - December 31.
