Cardiac Rehabilitation
Our Cardiac Rehabilitation program provides outpatient Phase II cardiac rehabilitation. This is a medically-supervised exercise program that helps with recovery after a patient has a cardiac event. You may be a candidate if you have experienced any of the following: Heart attack, stable angina, bypass surgery, angioplasty and/or stent, heart transplant, heart valve surgery and heart failure.
The program is designed to assist the patient in regaining their strength and endurance. Participants receive a customized exercise program, social support, and education about nutrition and lifestyle changes designed to help reduce risk factors associated with cardiovascular disease.
The program is held three days a week: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. For more information about Cardiac Rehabilitation, please contact us at 903.731.2243.
